Evolving the cognitive development in children
Minerva was my thesis project a synthesis of everything I'd learned about interaction design. Built for children aged 6–10, it develops cognitive skills through movement, not screens. I designed the full experience: spatial challenges, emotional exploration, and real-time feedback systems. Thinking through action.

Three core activities. Emotional exploration builds empathy through gesture. "Floor is Lava" sharpens spatial awareness and quick decisions. ECO System Restoration teaches cause and effect through collaboration. Every action transforms the environment. Learning through play, not instruction.

No points. No scores. Progress shows through story, character growth, and a changing environment. Kids see the impact of their actions immediately—building intrinsic motivation. Early testing showed gains in emotional recognition, spatial coordination, and cognitive flexibility.
